It was 50 years ago, on July 26, 1975 that Ron Coffey and Dianna Coldiron said their "I do's" at the Chapel in the Woods at Rocky Fork Lake State Park, 9800 N. Shore Dr., Hillsboro, OH 45123.
Some of you were there in 1975, and we hope you will be again as we celebrate our Golden Anniversary. The years have passed quickly, and each time we review our wedding pictures we remember those who are no longer with us. A lot has happened in the years since. Sons Colin and Wade were born and have been a great blessing to us. We pursued our careers and did what we could to be good parents, good citizens, and help our communities. Our boys grew up, went to college and met some special ladies. Wade married Susan in 2007 and they have given us five wonderful grandchildren. Colin and Ashley were married in 2015 and we all get together for holiday get-togethers, family birthdays and other events. We are very grateful that they don't live too far away. We have many wonderful friends and so much to be thankful for, so it seemed like a good idea to plan a celebration on July 26, 2025 for our Golden Anniversary. |

NO GIFTS PLEASE!Seriously, we are trying to downsize. We have been in the same house for more than 40 years and don’t want any gifts. We just want to have a party and celebrate being married for 50 years.
If you want to do something nice for our community, a small donation to The Greenfield Foundation, P.O. Box 420, Greenfield, OH 45123 -- or the charity of your choice -- would be appreciated. Ron has been involved with the Greenfield Foundation since it was created in 1999. We look forward to sharing this special day with our children and grandchildren, with friends and relatives who may have been in attendance at the wedding 50 years ago, and with longtime friends who hold a special place in our hearts.
